All About: Rooke came to us from Ontario. He has been running in lead position almost since he started in harness. He is a natural leader and takes his job very seriously. Out of harness he is not a serious kind of guy and can usually be found resting in the middle of our bed. He can be a bit of bully at hook up but our girls are quickly learning how to work their way around him.

All About: Summit is an alaskan husky. We have had him since he was a puppy. He started in harness at about a year of age and quickly moved into lead position. Mostly because we were just starting out and somebody has to be up front. He revelled in his new postion and has very rarely been out of it. He is a command leader. He is incredibly smart and a sensitive dog. He has recently been retired and is managing a brain tumor. He will be missed as an integral team member.

All About: River is the product of Merlin and Zowie. She also has the position of being a single pup so is highly spoiled. She is also the puppy face of Horizon Legacy puppy food. Her photo was selected to be on the cover of the puppy bag and so began our association with Horizon pet foods. River is a princess and expects to be treated as such. She is very loveable with a great sense of humor and good looks to boot. We are looking forward to her joining the team this fall.

All About: Macie is the neice of Cooper and Jazz. She is a small female but incredibly hard driving. She is enjoying her first year in the drivers seat and loving every minute of it. She has managed to work her way around Rooke and keep him in line. They work together nicely and she appears to be fearless. She is an incredibly sweet dog and very even tempered.

All About: Niska came to us from Terrace, BC and has the honour of being our first purebred siberian husky. Need I say more. She was cute as a button and a personality to match. Her big blue eyes can charm your pants and warm your heart. Niska is a warm and generous dog and always gives her all whether it be playing, working on the sled, or just being your friend. She always knows when to plant a kiss. She has spent many hours running in harness and has safely taken my kids under her wing both in the house and on the sled.

All About: Indy, as he is affectionately known is brother to Riddick, Halo, (Toby & Sophie living in Okotoks). He is probably the most timid dog we have in the kennel however with time he warms up to whomever happens to be in the house. He has been running in harness now for three years and spent last winter in the main string team as well as running lead. He has a beautiful, effortless pace that seems to go on forever. His enthusiasm for running is top notch and he has a great attitude. He also loves to snuggle every morning with his mom.

Her heart is huge and she gives her all everytime she puts on a harness. She is a happy go lucky dog who can always be found cheering everyone on and is never involved in sibling rivalry.

All About: Cooper and his sister Jazz came to us from our friends in Oregon. He is our main stud. He is predominantly out of Snowmist lines. He is always happy and is the main chearleader of the team. He is an agouti with bi eyes. He tends to throw large males and small females. All of his offspring are running in harness, most on the mid distance team. His mother is still alive and living in Okotoks, Ab. His children and grandchildren live here with us.
